All products are shipped from our facility in Wheatfield, New York, USA and shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Customers in NY and LA will be subject to state tax. Export accounts will be responsible for any taxes, duties and charges that might apply from within their country. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination and service level at time of check out.

We will accept return on standard items within 30 days of purchase, they must be new unsealed and shipped back to us prepaid. Please contact us for an MRA prior to return.
